Ce dimanche, 4 décembre 2011, sur une radio gouvernementale française (France Info), il n'a été question que de fraudes et de résultats truqués lors des élections législatives tenues ce jour-même en Russie.
"Les résultats sont connus d'avance. On se dirige vers une victoire écrasante de Russie unie, le parti du gouvernement."
Voilà ce que j'ai entendu toute la journée, ce dimanche de décembre. Il a aussi été question de corruption, le système politique russe ne pouvant être que corrompu.
Et puis, le lendemain, soit le lundi 5 décembre 2011, quelle surprise ! Russie Unie n'a pas la majorité absolue à la Chambre.
Et vous croyez peut-être que les experts en propagande de la radio gouvernementale française vont reconnaître qu'ils s'étaient probablement trompés et avaient trompé le public ?
Pas du tout ! Mais puisqu'on vous dit que la politique, en Russie, repose d'abord sur la corruption !
C'est ainsi que, sur France Info, le 7 décembre 2011, à 5h38, on a eu droit à un reportage de la fonctionnaire de service, j'ai nommé Madame Ilana Moor-Youssef, qui s'en est allée tendre son micro à des opposants du régime russe, que l'on a entendu scander "Poutine, voleur !"
Ai-je besoin de préciser qu'à aucun moment, Madame Moor-Youssef n'a éprouvé le besoin de donner la parole à l'autre camp, celui du gouvernement, comme l'aurait fait n'importe quel observateur ou observatrice neutre ? Mais je suppose que le terme "neutralité" ne figure nulle part dans le code de déontologie des journalistes des médias officiels français !
Pour bien enfoncer le clou, on a eu droit à cette interview d'une opposante, que je résume ci-dessous :
"J'ai été observatrice. Je peux vous affirmer qu'il y a eu de la fraude dans tous les bureaux de vote en faveur de Russie Unie..."
Et moi de me demander comment cette observatrice, présente dans un bureau de vote en Russie, a pu constater, "de visu" l'existence d'une fraude massive dans TOUS LES BUREAUX DE VOTE !
Entre nous, frauder massivement, pour perdre la majorité absolue des sièges, c'est quand même étrange, non ? Les amis de Poutine seraient-ils moins "malins" que leurs homologues africains ?

Last Sunday, on December 4th, 2011, on a French governmental radio (France Info), there was much talk of fraud and rigged results during the parliamentary elections held that day in Russia.
"The results are known in advance! We are heading to a landslide victory of United Russia, the party of Putin."
That's what I've heard all day that very Sunday of December. They talked a lot about corruption, the Russian political system being nothing but a corrupted one.
But the next day, that is on Monday, December 5th, 2011, what a surprise! United Russia didn't get the absolute majority in the House.
And you may think that the experts in propaganda of our French governmental radio would recognize that they could have mistaken and furthermore deceived and misled the public?
Not at all! Didn't I tell you that politics in Russia was based primarily on nothing but corruption!
Thus, today on France Info, December 7th, 2011, at 5:38, we were granted with a report by the duty officer in Russia, I mean Mrs. Ilana Moor-Youssef, who had brought some Russian opponents by her microphone, all that folk chanting "Putin, thief!"
Do I need to precise that at no time Mrs. Moor-Youssef felt the need to put some questions to representants of the other side, that of government, as any neutral observer would have done? But I guess that the term "neutrality" does not appear anywhere in the code of ethics of French official journalists!
And to drive the point home, Mrs. Moor-Youssef granted us an interesting interview which I summarize below:
"I was an observer (by the elections). I can tell you that there was fraud in all the polls in favor of United Russia ..."
At the moment I thought: How strange! How could that woman (the observer) be present in a polling station in Russia, and at the same time report of the existence of massive fraud in ALL POLL STATIONS IN RUSSIA?
Let's be honest: faking the election, and losing the absolute majority of seats at the same time, doesn't it sound quite weird? In other words: Are Putin's friends really less "clever" than their African counterparts?
В минувшее воскресенье, 4 декабря 2011 года, на французском правительственном радио (Франция Info), было много разговоров о мошенничестве и фальсификации итогов во время парламентских выборов, состоявшихся в этот день в России.
"Результаты известны заранее! Мы идем к убедительной победой Единой России, партии Путина".Это то, что я слышал в течение всего дня, что очень воскресенье декабря.Они много говорили о коррупции, Россия политическая система, не что иное, поврежден один.Но на следующий день, то есть на Понедельник, 5 Декабрь 2011, какой сюрприз!
Единая Россия не получила абсолютного большинства в Палате представителей.И вы можете думать, что эксперты в пропаганде наших французских правительственных радио признают, что они, возможно, ошибочно, а тем более обманут и введен в заблуждение общественность?Вовсе нет!
Разве я не говорил вам, что политика в России было основано прежде всего на ничего, кроме коррупции!
Таким образом, сегодня на Франс Инфо, 7 декабря 2011 года в 5:38, мы были предоставлены доклад дежурного в России, я имею в виду г-жа Илана мавра-Юсеф, который принес некоторые русские противники ее микрофон, все что народные скандировали "Путин, вор!"Нужно ли точны, что ни разу миссис Моор-Юсеф чувствовал потребность задал несколько вопросов representants другой стороны, у governenment, как и любой нейтральный наблюдатель сделал бы?
Но я думаю, что термин "нейтралитет" не появляться в любом месте кодекс этики французских официальных журналистов!И ездить пункт домой, миссис Моор-Юсеф даровал нам интересное интервью, которое я суммировать следующим образом:
"Я был наблюдателем (на выборах). Я могу сказать вам, что не было мошенничества во всех опросах в пользу Единой России..."
На данный момент я подумал: как странно! Как могла эта женщина (наблюдатель) присутствовать на избирательном участке в России, и в то же время доклада о существовании массовых фальсификаций во ВСЕХ избирательных участках В РОССИИ?
Давайте будем честными: подделка выборов, и потерять абсолютное большинство мест в то же время, не так ли звучат странно? Другими словами: Есть друзья Путина действительно менее "умный", чем их африканские коллеги?

Je profite donc de l'occasion pour vous livrer un sentiment : le grand peuple russe, tellement habitué à faire face à la nature la plus rude, ne saurait être dirigé par des mauviettes ! Avec un grand homme à sa tête, la Russie n'aurait jamais autorisé les crimes ignobles que vient de subir la Libye !

I take this opportunity to provide you some feeling of mine: the great Russian people, so used to dealing with the roughest nature, cannot be ruled by wimps! Would it have got a great man at the helm, so would have Russia never allowed the heinous war crimes that have just undergone in Libya!
