Expressing grave concern at the deteriorating situation, the escalation of violence, and the heavy civilian casualties…

Reiterating the responsibility of the Libyan authorities to protect the Libyan population and reaffirming that parties to armed conflicts bear the primary responsibility to take all feasible steps to ensure the protection of civilians…

Expressing its determination to ensure the protection of civilians and civilian populated areas and the rapid and unimpeded passage of humanitarian assistance and the safety of humanitarian personnel…

Acting under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations,

1. Demands the immediate establishment of a cease-fire and a complete end to violence and all attacks against, and abuses of, civilians;

2. Stresses the need to intensify efforts to find a solution to the crisis which responds to the legitimate demands of the Libyan people and notes the decisions of the Secretary-General to send his Special Envoy to Libya and of the Peace and Security Council of the African Union to send its ad hoc High Level Committee to Libya with the aim of facilitating dialogue to lead to the political reforms necessary to find a peaceful and sustainable solution;

3. Demands that the Libyan authorities comply with their obligations under international law, including international humanitarian law, human rights and refugee law and take all measures to protect civilians and meet their basic needs, and to ensure the rapid and unimpeded passage of humanitarian assistance...

Après Lidice, Babi Yar, Oradour-sur-Glane, Dresde, Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Sétif, My Lai..., voici Syrte, en Libye, la preuve sur la pierre de la pathologie meurtrière de certains individus qu'on n'ose même pas appeler des "Hommes" ! 

After Lidice, Babi Yar, Oradour-sur-Glane, Dresden, Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Sétif, My Lai..., here is Sirte, in Libya, with actual evidence on the stones of the pathological sense of murder displayed by certain people that we hardly dare to call "Humans"! 

Ceux-là ci-dessous sont probablement persuadés d'avoir gagné une guerre contre un pays de 5.5 millions d'habitants. Et comme ils sont très contents d'eux, ils doivent probablement dormir sur leurs deux oreilles, sans cauchemars ni poussées d'angoisse, et sans consommation de psychotropes non plus.

Those below are probably convinced that they won a war against a country of 5.5million. And since they are very pleased with themselves, they should probably sleep like logs, without nightmares nor anxiety attacks, and no use of psychotropic drugs either.

Resolution 1973 (2011) demands that Colonel Al Qadhafi implement an immediate ceasefire. It imposes a no-fly zone to prevent the Al-Qadhafi regime from using air power against the Libyan people. It authorizes Member States to take all necessary measures to protect civilians and civilian-populated areas under threat of attack. It rules out a foreign occupation force of any form on any part of Libyan territory. It imposes a range of additional measures, including significant action to tighten enforcement of the arms embargo and to deny the regime access to funds. We, along with partners in the Arab world and in NATO, are now ready to shoulder our responsibilities in implementing resolution 1973 (2011). (Mark Lyall Grant, United Kingdom):

On 12 March, the League of Arab States called on the Security Council to establish a no-fly zone and to take other measures to protect civilians. Today’s resolution is a powerful response to that call and to the urgent needs on the ground. The resolution demands an immediate ceasefire and a complete end to violence and attacks against civilians. Responding to the Libyan people and to the League of Arab States, the Security Council has authorized the use of force, including the enforcement of a no-fly zone, to protect civilians and civilian areas targeted by Colonel Al-Qadhafi, his intelligence and security forces, and his mercenaries (Susan Rice, USA).

Certains d'entre vous ont choisi de faire ce qu'ont fait les harkis en Algérie : s'associer avec l'occupant blanc pour tuer leurs propres frères et soeurs. Et maintenant, voyez le résultat ! Quelle honte ! Quelle honte ! Quelle honte pour toute l'Afrique ! From Lidice to Sirte in Libya, from Babi Yar to Mylai in Vietnam: psychopathology of genocide

History: starting over again?

1940 : Hitler comes to France and parades in Paris. But as he is aiming to invade all Europe, he realizes that he would never have enough staff for it. In addition, the Germans don't speak all European languages​​. Therefore it appears absolutly necessary to "hire" some auxiliaries. This will be the main function of the former hero of World War I: Philippe Pétain. France is going to be divided into two blocks: a territory under occupation and "collaboration" on the one hand, and an area called "free zone" on the other hand, and circulating between both sectors some fighters ready to face the occupation and the militia acting on behalf of the occupier as well. A panorama altogether similar to what we have got now in Libya, the country being partially occupied by the UN-NATO troops and their servants of Benghazi. 

The many tourists visiting Paris regularly should have recognized above left the arcades of Rue de Rivoli, and right the 'Tuileries'

We must admit that in terms of genocide the Nazis were really skilled...

We must also admit that the Nazis had never got any exclusive on atrocities, war crimes or even on crimes against humanity. They were even not the initiators of all that! Let's us remind of all the colonial wars and countless genocides committed by Europeans on indigenous peoples in America, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Africa, beginning with the slave trade. 

Closer to our times there were Setif (1945), Madagascar (1947), Cameroon (1955-58), Vietnam including the famous - and not unique - killings of Mylai...

And in order to stay in good shape why not going to slaughter peoples in Libya, after having done it in Iraq and Afghanistan? 

Sirte in Libya, a monument of inhumanity as Lidice, Oradour-sur-Glane, Mylai... 

Psychopathology of genocide: ontological ability or simple cultural conditioning? But is it that important? Except that those ones ready to go and spray bombs over other countries are always taking all measures to protect their own country from attacks of so-called "terrorists", which is the hallmark of this type of psychopaths: ready to terrorize whole countries and to kill civilians by the tens of thousands, all that in the name of a crusade against a terrorism that they have essentially created themselves, a sort of imaginary terrorism, in fact.

But let's consider the figures: on one hand the deaths allegedly caused by "terrorism" (exogenous terrorism of course, excluding Red Brigades (Italy), IRA (Ulster), Rote Armee Fraktion (Germany), ETA (Spain), FLNC (France), the peoples of Waco and Oklahoma City, among others) in Western countries, and the deaths caused by Western countries around the world and let's compare, for instance  the situation in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Libya: how many citizens killed by Western bombs in those countries  and how many Western citizens murdered by Iraqis, Afghans, Libyans...

Is it yet not clear enough?

Genocidal psychopaths have got the rare ability to spend most of their time explaining that they must defend themselves and their country against evil barbarians, what leads automatically to the use of self-defense, even in a preventive way! That sort of psychopathy is quite understandable through the ideology conveyed by the film industry. Let's consider some significant examples:

- Rambo: here we have got the "heroic" actions of a veteran of the wars in Indochina fighting for the moral values ​​of the West against some Barbarians; and guess where those  Barbarians live?

- The 'Western' Movies (John Ford and Co): in 95% of such films, you have always got brave and peaceful pioneers crossing the American Great Plains in their trailer, and just armed with their courage and their (inevitable) Bible, but being harassed by evil and vicious Indians, the brave and peaceful pioneers having no other alternative but taking guns to defend themselves heroically until the miraculous arrival of the cavalry... That's the Hollywood mythology. In fact, that were the well armed and equipped  Europeans  who exterminated the American Natives in order to steal their land, and not the opposite!

And of course, you want to know why the film ideology needs to fake history? Think of Victor Hugo's Conscience: The eye still was in the tomb and starred at Cain.

This ideology is also instilled into children's psychology through... video games. Let's consider that type of game called "shoot 'em up" (knock them all) and all those ultra-violent games in which the central character is a weapon visible in the foreground. The target is simple: you must eradicate your enemy before he eradicates you! In almost all cases the "enemy" is a dangerous "alien" who came to your country full of evil intentions and determined to destroy you. In that case, if you want to survive, you must knock out the aliens. This "kill before being killed" ideology is taught to  all vieogamers, even to little children, and for that reason, don't be surprised if that might lead some weak minds to enter a factory, a general store, a school or a college to liquidate some classmates and teachers, or shoot at anybody from a stashed car, and so on. And to be honest, almost every week we hear news about somebody (always men, never women; isn't it strange?) having killed 'x' peoples in a supermarket, or in a factory, or on a camp-site, etc.

Are those people crazy? If you think so, what about the political leaders responsible of so many casualties in Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine or Libya?  

Here we have got distressed and neurotic societies  getting white-hot thanks to some vicious manipulators of simple minds using the fantasy of ubiquitous invaders only thinking of destroying us, so that we have got no other choice but attacking earlier.

Please, try to understand why there are so many Westener soldiers defending their homeland... abroad?

And of course our Western crusaders have discovered a quite convenient "alien": the Islamist, mostly home made in the style of Dr Frankenstein's monster (in Palestine there was no Hamas in the 70-80th years, and in Afghanistan, there were no Taliban nor Alqaeda before the Soviet invasion in 1979.). And now they are letting all hang out: with ironic cartoons to ridiculise Prophet Muhammad, or with the Koran being burnt in public, or with laws hunting religious symbols, especially Muslim ones, and last but not least the military and colonial interventions in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and now in Libya: four Muslim countries! Here we have got nothing but some avatars of a pure and old neurosis: let's just think of the Christian Crusades wich lasted over centuries!

And when we talk of crusades, we should never forget the (THE VERY) ideology, because all this is supposed to be done for a good cause, you know?: "Gott mit uns!" (God with us!)... Have you ever read the... Bible? If not, it should be high time...!

Religion. Opium of the people! Let's just review all the massacres (genocides!) committed for the "good cause", beginning with Israel leaving Egypt.

So, let's consider some statistics of Western victims of "terrorism", and of victims of Western weapons around the world, in order to definitely identify the actual terrorists!

In the case of Libya, things could not be clearer: no one evokes the famous resolution 1973 anymore and its commitment to protect civilians, what demonstrates the huge mess in which the attackers have been driven up to their neck, coming to the point to spit on their own promises, their speach having now no value at all, hence the recent Russian-Chinese veto against a resolution on Syria!

Faced with a so bad situation, how surprising that the occupation troops in Libya think that their lies being definitely stale, there was no need to handle with kid gloves! Of course we all know that the harkis of Benghazi do not even control all their homeland, Cyrenaica. Of course we all can see that the press of ancient centuries cannot even go and report over the situation in Benghazi, a city that the CNT is no longer ruling; same thing with Tobruk and Brega, two cities supposed to be hostile to Gaddafi; not to mention: Southern Libya, free of all harkis!

On the Internet, we know from reliable sources that Belhadj, the former fighter of Alqaeda, was seriously wounded by a sniper. The fact is that nobody has ever seen him for weeks. Under these conditions, it is quite strange that the Western invaders have nothing in mind but destroying Sirte and Bani Wallid, while not controlling more than 20% of Libya! By the way, the sandstorm is going to rise soon, nailing the helicopters on the ground, because helicopters hate sandstorms!

The war they are going to lose.

This is what I have not stopped writing here. Because those psychopaths who consider themselves as the kings of the world have forgotten all the lessons of history: let's just think of the ballet of helicopters on the roof of the U.S. embassy in Saigon (April 30, 1975), with that long queue of desperate "collaborators" trying to flee their own country!

Question: covering Libya with bombs, can we say that the UN-NATO criminal syndicate tries to install its auxiliaries in power, or is it just the opposite: spoiling the situation so that the Libyans have nothing in mind but hate against the TNC? And that would lead to another question: does the UN-NATO mafia really wants any TNC government over Libya?
