Let's create a true International Crime Court. Dringend gebraucht: ein Internationaler Kriminal Gerichtshof. Vamos a crear un verdadero Tribunal Penal International

Why Africa should leave the UN-Mafia?

All those listed below should be aware of this: we will judge them. Of course, the list below is far from being exhaustive!

In the meantime, we have to establish a true and credible International Criminal Court; not a subservient one to the CIA. The free world has surely got enough senior lawyers who are not controlled by the UN-NATO mafia.

What about an independent International Crime Court?

First, by whom? It is hard to imagine members of the international criminal organization known as 'UNO' going in dissent against that multinational, and keeping belonging to it at the same time!

In other words, African states and other ones concerned by a true international order must first get rid of all organizations standing under the auspices of the International Mafia: UN, UNESCO, WTO, etc..

Only then will we be truly able to judge the international mafia that has been ruling the world for several centuries: just think at the Mafiosi-meeting of the Berlin Congress (1884).

Given that fact, it just happens that crimes against humanity are imprescriptible. We're in luck: with a lot of cases, particularly very old ones, to prepare, starting with the slave trade!

We are also clearly taking all the files from the beginning, and itemizing all the crimes of imperialism against Africa, hoping that others join us if they want. It runs basically from the 15th century to the first major assaults of the 21st that were the expeditions against Ivory Coast and Libya.

All this should result in an amount of amends which, on the basis of crimes spanning more than five centuries, should be quite a bonanza measurable in thousands billions of dollars!

And all this should have a simple consequence: it is not Africa that owes money to the West but just the opposite!

Let's consider Libya: here we have the physical destruction of buildings, infrastructure and human beings which have been motivated by nothing but purest sadism and psychopathy, and in addition the suffering of civilians, the campaigns of ethnic cleansing, etc... Therefore the total debt of Nato to Libya should approach 250 billion dollars of reparations that Obama and his puppets would have to pay to the (legal) state of Libya, beside the unavoidable restitution of frozen assets.

Specifically, at first, an international criminal court should declare null and void the alleged debt of Africa to the World Bank or some other international loan agencies.

Dear African and anti-imperialist friends, let's stop complaining and stupidly whining. There is much work awaiting us!

P.S. To all the naive ones, particularly in Africa ('Africans are so naive', think most of their criticizers), who are wondering why should we leave the UN, we would answer with another question: tell us a little stock of what sort of positive thing the allegiance to the United Nations has ever brought to Africa? Is it perhaps the UN that ended colonization? And apartheid? And what about the countless famines in the East? Did the UN deterred any military coup? Did it protect any indigenous people against predators among merchants but also missionaries? Is the UN currently fighting against child prostitution, the ransacking of primary forests, the disappearance of gorillas and elephant poaching? Did UN peacekeepers (blue helmets) on site ever prevent the genocide in Rwanda or the continuing civil war in Congo-Zaire and elsewhere?

In short: is there any issue in which the UN would ever have been useful to Africa, except making possible to enrich some flourishing hotels in New York or Geneva and flight companies as well?

Bottom line: everything must shut down! Diplomatic missions but also almost all the embassies - at least those based in countries wich have assaulted Africa over the last five centuries, and vice versa: they will close their African embassies. Of course that will be such a bargain for Africa!

The idiot brandishing an effigy of the World Cup is the Emir of Qatar, who had surely to 'buy' a lot of people! But some names are still missing in our list, including the Israelis Sharon (in coma), Netanyahu, Peres, Barak, and the inevitable Bush and poodle Steven Harper of Canada... But a lot of names are still missing!

Meanwhile, a harder boycott of all products from countries attacking Africa will be very useful, because otherwise we would just be a bunch of assholes!

The first step? Just forget for example Apple products and let's prefer Samsung!

Dear friends in Korea, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Taiwan, Laos, Vietnam, Thailand, India... (and of course we don't forget our friends in Latin America!) we know that no bomb made by you would ever fall on African soil. For this reason you - and your creative brands and products - are always welcome to Africa!

How Obama, the white colonial powers and some African prostitutes are backing the anti-negroes racists of Benghazi.

"When they see a black man, they attack him, and the women and children cheer."

(...) Since the start of the Libyan conflict, there have been reports of violence against black African immigrants in Libya, but their situation has become critical since rebel forces entered Tripoli. The UNHRC, the UN’s refugee agency, has expressed concern over the threats and physical violence that African immigrants are now regularly a target of. As rebels comb the capital in search of Gaddafi supporters, black Africans have become increasingly vulnerable due to their visibility.

(...) Sakia (not his real name) is an Ivorian citizen living in Tripoli. He came to Libya three years ago and worked in a soda factory where he earned money to send to his family back home. "Since the rebels entered Tripoli, I have barricaded myself at home with two other African friends", he told. "One friend is from Ghana, the other from Togo. In my neighbourhood there are Guineans, Malians, Liberians and Nigerians: all are hiding in their homes and won’t go out. Our embassies aren’t answering the phone, and we don’t know what to do, or who to go to for help.

For the past four days, we have only gone outside briefly to go get food. There are road blocks everywhere, with armed youths posted at every street corner. In the calmer afternoon hours, if we think all is clear, then we’ll try to go buy food and run back home. It’s extremely dangerous for us Africans to stay outside for long, because of our skin colour. When the rebels see a black man, they attack and insult him, and the women and children cheer. The brother of one of my friends was driven off in a pick-up truck a few days ago and hasn’t been seen again. They think we are "mercenaries"."

(...) "Since the start of the conflict, we West Africans have been the victims of both physical and verbal attacks. I was physically assaulted by three young Libyans. When I was still working at the factory, some of my colleagues would tell me: 'when 'mister’ [referring to Gaddafi] has gone, you’ll see, we’ll kill you all’. So naturally, when the rebels drew closer to Tripoli, we were terrified. We tore up our IDs and family photos so that we couldn’t be traced back to our home countries. Before the rebels came, African diplomats assured us that they were negotiating with government representatives to evacuate us. But the talks must have collapsed."

The "moral" of the story?

A U.S. president, born from an African father, will forever bear a mark of infamy for having been a major sponsor of one of the greatest crimes in the history of colonialism in Africa, at least one of the first ones committed in the twenty-first century. And along with him there is a whole squad of minions, from the miserable prosecutor of the so-called International Criminal Court, whose deafening silence has surely been interpreted by the Harkis of Benghazi as an encouragement to recur, since at least March 2011, to a bunch of European (ex-)colonial- or even neo-post-colonial powers standing at the edge of chaos, with a European currency about to collapse threatening to lead the whole continent into bankruptcy. But more accurate than that is the complicity of some prostitutes, I mean some African "heads of states" , most of them poorly elected, or not elected at all, who are always ready to carry out the orders of their white masters when it comes to shot in the back of their own brothers. All those miserable gangsters will surely have to come to justice in front of history: Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Ivory Coast, Egypt, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Guinea, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Chad, Togo, Tunisia ... Of course the list may be not exhaustive, since just a little money can help to grease the palms of more than one flunkey... The fact is that the bloody gang of white colonial-powers is currently at bay, being every day humiliated by Siria's Bashar al-Assad!

Anyway, we must congratulate the African Union, including its General Secretary, Jean Ping, for the firmness displayed so far in front of this military particularly abject coup of a coalition of nearly 800 million people against a country of hardly six million inhabitants.

That very country is as big as three times Afghanistan! So that  businessmen and other international crooks are not ready to stroll around here, unless bearing very heavy body armors!

As for the murderers of blacks in Benghazi and everywhere in Libya, let's suppose that only one of them would dare to set foot on any black African country, and be sure that the African people would welcome him according to his status of a slaughterer.

Question: how would the African survivors of racist pogroms in Libya behave when they come back home in Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Ivory Coast, Egypt, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Guinea, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Chad, Togo, Tunisia...?
